    Riders of all ages, disciplines, and levels; parents; and trainers are welcome to attend.

    Horse-related seminars will be offered on many topics including, but not limited to: riding skills and theory, horse management, horse health, stable management, marketing your business, fitness, drawing, and photography.

  • USDF Instructors Workshop - Saturday

    To all those interested in teaching or who are perhaps already teaching but want to improve their skills - we invite you to attend the USDF Instructors Workshop to be held at the Dressage4Kids Weekend Equestrian Program January 27, 2018 at Chase Collegiate School in Waterbury, CT.

    The USDF Instructor/Trainer Program workshops are designed to educate dressage riders of all levels. USDF workshops provide an opportunity for all riders of dressage to learn about classical theories of riding, training, teaching, lungeing of the horse, and lungeing of the rider. At the Dressage4Kids Weekend Equestrian Program Instructors Workshop, workshop leaders Sarah Geikie, Ann Guptill, and Vicki Hammers-O'Neil will present various topics that are covered in USDF Workshops. Attendees at this workshop will be eligible to attend a follow-up workshop that will focus on the practical aspect of each workshop type.

    The tentative schedule for the WEP Instructors workshop is as follows:

    Please bring your own water bottle with you. There will be water available to re-fill your bottle as needed.

  • Food at WEP

    You are welcome to bring your own food to WEP.

    The registration fees include access to the following:

    Saturday morning - coffee and tea
    Saturday lunch - a light lunch including soups, salads, and sandwiches

    Sunday morning - coffee, tea, juice, bagels, muffins and bananas
    Sunday lunch - a light lunch including soups, salads, and sandwiches

  • Refund Policy

    There will be no refunds for cancellations made after January 12, 2018. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the conference. In order to receive a full refund, notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to Susan Sieber at ssieber@interstatelumber.com prior to January 12, 2018. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent and fees will be refunded, subject to this Refund Policy.

    Dressage4Kids often takes photographs and videos during its events and activities. Pictures may appear on the website, on the Dressage4Kids Facebook page, in newsletters, and in other print and digital marketing materials. In addition, participants’ names may be used to recognize individual achievement in marketing materials.
